Charissa has worked in television for over a decade but her passion for design had been a lifelong love affair! Her reason for starting this company is simple — to make everyone’s house a home, no matter the budget.

Meg has 15+ years of proven success building and scaling world class businesses and brands. With a personal vigor for interior design, it was a no brainer to join the House & Home team in the quest to deliver a seamless and affordable design experience for clients around the globe.

Jen hates an ugly home. In fact, she won’t even step foot in your house if it’s designed & decorated in poor taste- And it doesn’t matter if you offer an incredible charcuterie board and a bottle of Domaine de la Romanee-Conti Romanee-Conti Grand Cru, straight from France. Therefore, she has spent the last decade of her life forcing her bold (just like her personality) yet chic, design aesthetic onto friends and clients alike, even if they don’t necessarily hire her! Taylor has a background in curating luxury travel experiences across the globe. She found deep interest in interior design through the exploration of hotel interiors. She loves interior design because it's unique to each person's experiences. For her, sourcing and discovering beautiful authentic pieces for a client can be as exciting as finding a diamond in the rough.

Chris has spent over two decades helping businesses realize their goals, focused heavily on creating exceptional digital experiences.  Now he is bringing his digital experience into the physical one, helping House & Home deliver joy with exceptionally designed spaces.

Rachael has been designing spaces since she was small. If you asked her parents what her dream job was growing up, they would say Interior Design. Having gone to school for interior design, and being in the design industry for nearly ten years, she still feels lucky that she gets to do what she loves everyday. As Head of Creative, Rachael does it all. She develops functional and beautiful designs through space planning, curating inspiration & presentations, and overseeing the design progress from beginning to end. Some may think of her as a bit of a "design empath" when it comes to understanding the wants and needs of House & Home clients.
